Weekly Meetings<br />
<span style="color: #ffff00;">8:00pm-9:00pm Meeting</span><br />
Please plan on attending these sessions as we share our experiences and progress, receive advice and guidance about the program, get to know each participant, and support one another. Please bring your journal to each meeting and plan on practice at the studio as well. Be prepared for anything and everything. You will find the meetings to be very motivating and encouraging to your process.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">Daily Yoga Practice</span><br />
Six yoga practices a week. Please plan on three in-studio (optional) practices and three at home. All six may be done at the studio as well! Home practices are described in the book and will be supported by YLB. You will be responsible for logging in at the front desk for record keeping. Attendance records will posted at the studio.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">Daily Meditation</span><br />
Meditation is everyday twice a day. This should be done on your own time according to your schedule. Plan on one being done in the morning and one at night. If you miss the morning try to get it in midday and always plan on it before bedtime.additional offerings will be available at the studio, one of which you will be responsible for your requirements.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffff00;">Healthy Diet Counseling</span><br />
We recommend following any plan that works best for you, however there is specific nutritional guidance in the book. Our focus on dietary intake is to eat healthy. YLB will help you if you need specific advice from our nutritionest, Michael Pellegrino. Phone calls and emails will be accepted at anytime. Fasting (juice) can also be incorporated in your program. A juice fast is planned during fourth week of the program. It is not mandatory to participate, however it is highly recommended to incorporate it. The whole process is supported with guidance and even some fruit recipes that have proven to be helpful. This meeting includes a sampling of fresh fruit and juices.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this workshop we&#8217;ll begin by warming the body and focusing the mind with a vinyasa sequence designed to bring attention to proper alignment and awareness to body structures used in inversions and arm balances.</p>
<p>We will break down some variations of the most essential and important yoga postures- like headstand and shoulderstand, as well as some of the most exciting and invigorating- like forearm balances, handstands, and crow.</p>
<p>Building confidence in these poses requires a proper understanding of anatomy, body mechanics for each specific pose, and keen self-awareness.</p>
<p>This intensive will help you understand these aspects of the poses, so you can safely and gracefully build them into your regular practice and continually advance in them at your own pace. You will also learn some basic conditioning techniques to prime your body for flight.</p>
