Rooftop Beach Yoga Classes on Top of the Allegria Hotel

Enjoy practicing on the beach without the sand on your mat!

Please note that the rooftop yoga classes have returned to the studio for winter 2012. They will return early next year. You can bookmark this page for updates or visit yogalongbeach.com

Yoga Long Beach will be hosting 7am Yoga classes Monday-Friday, and 7:30 am Saturday & Sunday on the roof of the beautiful Allegria Hotel, over-looking Long Beach.

Enjoy scenic and serene poolside classes. In case of rain, class will move to the hotel’s indoor ocean-view space.

Please bring your water, mat and towel with you. Sign in with the hotel concierge.

    I have just arrived home from France to this wonderful message
