Get ready for a new adventure with Britni and Sara, our brand new certified Karma Kids Yoga teachers. This 10-week course introduces yoga in a fun, and learning environment. We will work on breathing, and developing the body as well as the mind. This course will include yoga games working with concentration, developing strong bodies, and art therapy.
